Hi there! My name is Nate, and I have a black belt... in websites.
I'll make this real simple. I'm the best there is at what I do - and what I do is design websites for small businesses. Not "I figured out how to do it for my uncle" websites. Not "Well, at least we're online" websites. I'm talking about well-planned, expertly-crafted, embarass-the-competition websites. If you want to see some samples of my work, visit my portfolio. To learn more about how I work, keep reading. If you're really smart, don't waste any more time - get in touch with me now.
When I start on a new project, I want to help you do three things:
- Serve your customers better
- Make more money
- Increase your perceived value
Serve your customers better
What do I mean by "serve your customers better"? Well, first of all, I'm not sure that's proper grammar - but let's ignore that for now. To me, the two most important aspects of improved service are increased quality, and increased efficiency. Depending on the type of business you run, increased quality could mean a more timely response when clients contact you. It could mean conveying information more clearly. It could mean better pictures of your products(or just better products!). Whatever it means for your business, we'll figure it out together - and I'll figure out how your website can help make it happen.
Increased efficiency, on the other hand, is less subjective. If your business has a schedule, or customers must make appointments or reservations, what if 90% of that work could be done by your website instead of yourself or an employee? Or, maybe you send out standard emails at regular intervals to customers or sales leads - what if those emails could be sent automatically by your website instead? Did you know that if you have an e-mailing list, you are legally required to allow someone to remove their email address from it, and that sending another message after they have requested to be removed is a violation? Again, this could all be managed by your website, automatically and instantaneously.
Make more money
There are two ways to make more money: increase your income, or spend less. Let's start with spending less. I've already mentioned some of the ways your website can work for you - obviously, if certain processes are handled entirely online then you don't need to pay someone to do those things for you. This could mean that you do the same amount of work with fewer employees, or it could mean that you or your employees work fewer hours. On the other hand, maybe it just allows you to focus on other things that need your attention.
